Your history is suggestive of muscular spasm
The another possibility is Gastritis
Avoid lifting weight
If U r a smoker or alcoholic avoid that
Yet if no result contact me I will suggest some medications
The history you are offering indicates of gastritis as there is pain on pressure application. Threre are number of reasons for gastritis, which may includes too spicy food, alcohol, stale food, fast food, excess of anger, improper evacuation, hyperacidity etc. But once this inflammation ensues you have to be careful to eradicate it. Take proper light and timely meals, avoid stress, cure hyperacidity and donot lift heavy objects.
Ayurveda cures it with lavan bhaskar churan500mg with punarnava kshar 10mgand shankh bhasam10mg in it with 2tabs of lashun adi vati or chitrak vati with hot water tds
