I Have Something Growing On My Bottom Of My Eye Lid And It Itches

i have a tag or something growing on my bottem eye lid and it itches and is starting two get in the way of eye sight.it has a black scab on it .it started out as a sti know it looks like a mole who and what can i do .only have medacare that pays only if in the hosiptal

It seems from the history that you are having a pigmented lesion in the bottom of the eyelids and this can be a benign growth like papilloma.
This requires examination to know the type and cause of lesion and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination, otherwise you can send a photo of the affected eye so that I can answer you more accurately.
