Hi Doctor
From last 3-4 months I am suffereing from very laziness. My eyes are always red and need sleep in entire day despite of 7-8 hrs healthy sleep.My legs have always very light pain and feel very unconfortable while walking. Also feeling very hot and tiredness in the legs. Also My body feels that Iam collapsing.I am a veg and eat normal food. No overeating and take vegetables etc. I am 65 kg weight with 5.4 height and age 28.I usually go 1-2 Km walk in morning and evening.If I run, my legs will have very high pain so could not not run properly.
I checked Blood pressure, Anaemia, Thyroid, Diabetes. All are normal.But 4 months back i checked cholestrol it was on higher side.I feel very weakness in the body.
Pls advice.

Hi.. Look for presence of medical conditions that could be causing these symptoms.. Conditions such as anaemia, vascular disorders, spine problems.. These conditions can be made out by means of investigations, so see a doctor..

From your history and normal reports it indicates that there is lack of physical activity and your walking also may not be regular.So go for regular exercise like running,swimming etc.
To some extent high cholesterol also take some part for cramp,laziness.
Take branded Calcium tab and Vit E daily.
Take high protein diet.
Take plenty of water.

your query is very commonly seen in youngster - as they are heavily stressed
As you say the test are normal it will be of some help if you look at your pattern of work
Another thing is sub clinical hypothyroid condition which can present like this

Are you on medication for Hypercholesterolemia? you need to see the doctor to rule out other disorders before suggesting or concluding anything.
