my wife - pain in breast in left. firm, lender lump of 1" x 1/2" in the 6 o'clock position, now she is preganccy 2.5months started, this one what type of diseases

Hello, Mr. Kumar,I understand your concern. A painful breast lump during 3rd month of pregnancy in all probability should be a benign,i mean a harmless growth and can be observed.
But , if it rapidly increases in size or has a hard feel ,or is fixed, then a Ultrasound guided needle examination i.e. FNAC will exclude any worrisome tumor.Tk gd care of ur wife.
