General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Pain persisting after 10 days of wound suggests
- soft tissue injury at the terminal part of toes, which included nerve endings at the toe tip.Analgesic anti inflammatory drugs with Vitamin B!-B^-B12 injections will help.
- involvement of small bones at the toe tip .Needs an orthopedic advice. Imobilisation, anti inflammatory drugs, calcium, vitamin C ,D Are advised in such cases.
Please take an expert advice ( physician/orthopedic doctor) & follow the instructions carefully-for carelessness results in chronic pain/deformity.
Thanks.
