Hi, when I eat fresh tomatoes my mouth and upper arms itch fairly badly, is this an allergy? Also I am gluten/ lactose intolerant, any relation?

Eat tomatoes and verify whether you are allergic to them or not. If you are allergic you can desensitize to tomatoes. To desensitize, eat a slice or one small tomato daily.
Gluten/lactose intolerance can cause damage to intestinal mucosa and foods containing gluten and milk products to be avoided.
There is no relation between tomato, gluten/lactose.
