You are having mouth ulcers probably due to vitamin deficiency, sharp tooth, biting of the lips. You can take B complex capsules once a day for a week, it may reduce. Use dental anaesthetic gel on them for pain relief. Show to a Dentist to rule out sharp tooth which can be treated. If you are getting frequent ulcers you may need to get a blood count and haemoglobin done as well. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Masturbation will not cause this.
