Hello and welcome to HCM,
The hemogram parameters that you have posted-
lymphocyte counts, RBC count, MCH and eosiniphil counts indicate an increase in
eosinophil count.
Eosinophils are increased most commonly in parasitic infections and in allergic conditions.
The
liver function tests reveal a slight increase in
total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels.
The indirect bilirubin is increased in conditions of increased RBC destruction.
In cases of alcoholic liver diseases there is increase SGOT and SGPT. The SGOT levels are within normal limits.
The
lipid profile is also within normal limits.
A marginal increase in total bilirubin is not of much significance.
If you feel lethargic, develop fever or pain in upper right abdomen, you must consult your physician at the earliest.
If you are a chronic alcoholic, reduction in alcohol will be of benefit.
Thanks and take care.
