Hi,
Some general population have such small leaks. Mild pulmonary regurgitation means a valve in the heart is leaking.
There are four valves in the heart, one of them is pulmonary valve-which is between right side of the heart and the blood vessel which supply the lungs.
If it is a mild leak, do not bother. Regular follow up once in six months is required.
All the best.
Regards.
