Partial spinal sensory syndrome or Brown-sequard syndrome is an incomplete lesion of the spinal cord leading to ipsilateral upper motor neuron paralysis and loss of proprioception with contra lateral loss of pain and temperature sensation.
It is also known as Brown-sequard plus syndrome, hemi section of the spinal cord, hemi section syndrome, partial spinal sensory syndrome

Physical examaintion
Motor examaintion reveals spastic weakness or paralysis with upper motor neuron signs of increased tone, increased reflexes, clonus and Hoffman signs on one side of the body.
