HOW TO DEAL WITH BEDWETTING
Bedwetting is very comman subject of concern and worry for many parents.
Urination in infants is involuntary and they have no control over bladder .
Gradually as child grow up one get control over the muscle and the urination becomes voluntary to some extent.
Bedwetting up to 2 yrs in day and up to 4yrs at night is considered as physiological and proper toilet training is the only need.
Bedwetting after 4 yrs in daytime and after 6yrs at night is considered the real ‘bedwetting’ and need attention.

Comman reasons :
1: PSYCHOLOGICAL:
Anger, fear, stress, insecurity, inferiority complex, unpleasant incidents, dreams

Flacid muscles, recurrent UTI, worms, habitual constipation, deep sleep, serious aliment of kidney, bladder etc
3:BEHAVIOURIAL:
. untrained for toilet manners
.deliberate for seeking attention
.while deeply involved in playing or any other activity
4 OTHER:
.Juvenile diabetis mellitus or insipidus
.decreased ADH (anti diuretic hormone)
. paternal hereditary history
.any neurological dysfunction of bladder

Counseling:
Training
· Child shows some expressions, certain behavior like crying, touching the parts, showing bathroom and many .
One should learn and follow them to help child trained
· Make sure your child urinate before going to bed
· Midnight wakeup and making child to bathroom is necessary. But don’t be harsh with child’s sleep
· Early wake up in morning for bathroom is must
· Avoid liquid diet after evening. Avoid milk just before bedtime, instead you can give in even
· These simple changes can play miracle with child’s toilet habits
Medicines
· Wormicides at regular interval are important
· There are very effective medicines in AYURVEDA to handle the bedwetting
