There will be no problem with taking Meprate.
You can take it from day 25 - 30 of your cycle, and you will bleed on time ( have a period on time ).
Then from day 9 onwards, please go for follicular monitoring ( serial ultrasound scan ) to know how the egg is developing.
Once egg rupture is confirmed, then you can go for intercourse to maximize chances of conception.
