Thanks for your query.
Loestrin is not one of the pills that has been well studied as an emergency contraceptive. If you take 4 pills and repeat this in 12 hours, it probably would have some contraceptive effect.
It is not FDA approved as an emergency contraceptive.
YOu would do better to use approved ones like Plan B.
Have protected intercourse for the rest of the cycle.
