Can Pre-ejaculatory Fluid Cause Pregnancy?

I've contacted you before on matters of pregnancy and have another pregnancy related question for you:
Some people on many different websites talk about "my boyfriend had pre-cum on his fingers and then stuck them inside me. Am I pregnant?"
The answers seem to be divided between "no way" and "absolutely".
I was hoping you could shine some light on this?
Also, is the outside of the female's lower genitals, the most immediately visible, called the vulva or the vagina? I've been calling it the vagina all this time, but after viewing a site talking about female anatomy, I'm confused now.
Thanks!
BOTH ISSUES ADDRESSED.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Yes, I recall our earlier conversation thread, and I am glad you have trusted me again with your query.
I would be happy to help you this time round too.
Regarding pre - cum, it is basically pre ejaculatory fluid, that is secreted before ejaculation by the male partner.
It also can carry live sperms.
If precum is inserted inside the vagina ( intercourse or foreplay ) , pregnancy can result.
However by ' stuck fingers inside me ' - that is a different meaning.
ONce precum is on the fingers, then sperm cannot survive for long ( they die within seconds ) on the fingers.
So when fingers with precum on it are inserted in the vagina, there are very miniscule chances of a pregnancy occurring, but yes, the possibility is not zero.
Hope that is clear.
Regarding the second part of your question.
The outermost female external genitalia, which are visible, that is called the vulva.
The vaginal orifice is inside, normally can be seen only after parting the labia.
I am attaching a link of a diagram here, that will help you to understand this.

Please do not have any reservations in discussing further.
Take care.

Since our last discussion, I've been trying to educate myself on how the human reproductive cycle works, including how pregnancy can come about and what the female anatomy consists of.
It's all starting to make more sense now; it even makes further clear the answers you gave during our last consultation. So, when I had asked in our last discussion about "what if a male and female's genitals touched by rubbing against each other while hugging", the female genitalia in question would be referring to the vulva, not the vagina. Is that right?
YES YOU GOT IT RIGHT
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Thank you for the appreciation.
Exactly, the female genitalia in question would be the vulva, and not the vagina, because that is a muscular canal ( tube like structure ) accessed after parting the labia and the vulva.
SO the rubbing would be the vulva.
Am glad I could help.
Take care.

See because all this time, when trying to imagine the path the sperm would have to take to get to the uterus, I figured that as soon as it got in, on, or around what I now know to be the vulva, that would complete the process then and there.
But after this, and after looking at that diagram you gave me, it seems that the vulva, along with the labia majora and labia minora, sort of act as a barrier protecting the vagina and everything else with it. (the path to the uterus)
I guess that would make sense, otherwise conception would be too easy to happen accidently, and intercourse, which would involve the penis going in past the vulva and labia and other "protective layers", would seem to be just a formality.
Do I have this right?
YES THAT IS RIGHT
Detailed Answer:
Yes you have it right.
Sperms have to be deposited in the vaginal canal for intercourse to occur.
THat is why penile penetration is critical for pregnancy to occur.
Take care.

Thank you once again for your help, Dr. XXXXXXX All the best to you!
