Brief Answer:
Check the dose of your medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
There are no blood pressure medications that cause all these symptoms. Some medications can cause generalised fatigue and this is perhaps what you are experiencing.
I suggest you see your doctor to check you are on the most appropriate dose of your medications. Also, I would suggest you should have some blood tests to check for anemia, hypothyroidism and other conditions that cause fatigue.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger,
MBChB. FRCA.
