Brief Answer:
breakthrough bleeding
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to healthcare magic ,
This is a common finding in women who have been using oc pills for long. This is known as breakthrough bleeding which is classically experienced during mid cycle in women on oc pills and is one of the known side effect.
There is no real need to be concerned as this shall subside on its own in next few days. The bleeding is generally seen as spotting to mild discharge and not last for more than 3 days.
Regards

Well this is 4th day but I experience it less than yesterday tbh. Is there a pill change needed or maybe give it a break for a while?
Brief Answer:
pill break advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Well the best would be to take a pill break for 3 months and take to another form of contraception, preferably barrier contraception and then you may restart your pills again. Complete the pack for this cycle and then next 3 months you can be pill free. Discuss with your treating doctor about the same.
