Brief Answer:
unlikely to be because of brain tumor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

As the symptoms started in March and CT in April was normal, it is very unlikely to be because of brain tumor. Brain tumor, if low grade, takes years to develop but at the time of symptoms CT should show some abnormalities.

Sleep apnea, on the other hand, is a chronic problem and can go on for months. It can cause headaches and CT will be normal.

So I think you are on the right track.

Hope this helps. I will be available for follow up.
Regards
