Brief Answer:
no dependence

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you are suefrom sleep aapnea and you are using CPAP machine.

Its not that the patient might be dependent by CPAP but he feels improvement after using it and he needs it more and more.
The benefits are more than dependence

Usually after losing some weight sleep apnea may improve and probably you will not need CPAP anymore.

But be careful you should use it according to your treating doctor prescription

He will decide what to do further about the CPAP

I wish you a fast recovery

Take care
