Question: Hello, lately I have been getting a lot of dizzy spells whenever I stand up, I drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet. I also have been getting pains where I think my ovaries are. And feel tired most of the time. My family and myself have been noticing that I have bags under my eyes most days...would this be something to be concerned about? I'm 22 years old

Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.
The most common causes for dizzy spells on getting up in the morning along with puffy bags under eyes are
Anemia
Low blood pressure or high blood pressure
Hypothyroidism
Cold or sinus infection
Or may be some kidney ailment.
You must get your blood checked for above mentioned conditions.

However there can be various other non medical reasons for it like
Excessive use of alcohol
Sleeping with eye make up on
Frequent rubbing of eyes
Sleeping late in the night
Use of medicines like anti depressants etc.
Consuming lot of salty food late in the night resulting in water retention.

If above mentioned causes are the culprit, then change your life style.

I hope to have answered your query however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
