Had A Heavy, Pressurized Pain On The Left Side Of Chest. Can This Be Heart Related?
Welcome to Health Care Magic
You should go to the Emergency Department as soon as possible – get yourself examined. You must have an ECG and blood tests (Cardiac markers).
The character of the pain is highly suggestive.
That will be the first possibility especially if there are associated risk factors like smoking, overweight, high cholesterol, family history and so on.
Though Coronary Artery Disease is not common in young women, age and sex never exclude a diagnosis.
That it has disappeared by itself is not a point of importance.
In suspected heart attack, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. The most important time is the first few hours.
You MUST GO THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT - IMMEDIATELY
Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise and the treatment is simple
Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
