HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Post nasal drip is normally a part of sinusitis which is usually allergic or infectious.
Persistent post nasal drip can cause a sore throat however allergies would not normally result in increased size of the lymph nodes.

This normally occurs in response to an infection. Most infections involving the upper respiratory tract are viral in origin.
The swelling or abnormal sensation of your tongue can also occur in viral infections due to the inflammatory process.

Swelling of the tongue can also result from an allergic reaction ,in this case it can progress to affect breathing.

YOu can consider the use of an oral antihistamine , this would help with the post nasal drip and any inflammatory process of the tongue.Anti histamines are often combined with decongestants which would also be effective in reducing nasal secretions.
There are oral sprays or solutions that can help relieve the sore throat that are usually available over the counter. If you are unable to find one at your local pharmacy then you can try paracetamol.

You should drink alot of fluid and if feeling tired as a result of the infection ,take as much rest as you can.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
