Having Through Pain While Swallowing. How To Get Relief?

This has been happening for the past 2 months
Recurrent sore throat can occur as a result of allergic sinusitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease , recurrent infections, smoking and more serious causes such as a mass or lesion in the throat.
In a person with allergic sinusitis, there would normally be symptoms related to allergies such as post nasal drip, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose and possibly a cough.Treated by use of nasal sprays, antihistamines and avoiding allergens
If related to GERD, they may or may not be additional symptoms such as burning discomfort in the chest, acid taste in the mouth and excess salivation. This is treated by lifestyle measures such as small meals, avoiding fried/fatty/spicy/acidic meals, weight loss if necessary.
In the case of recurrent infections the sore throat may occur with other symptoms of a cold.
Lesions within the throat are usually seen when the throat is examined by a doctor.
It may be best to visit your doctor for an assessment to determine the exact cause of the pain that you are experiencing.
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
