Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know the last time you got pregnant and also if there was surgical termination in abortions.
To know the fertility potential i would like to advise you to get an ultrasound for antral follicle count on day 2 of menstrual cycle and AMH (anti mullerian hormone) levels in blood.
waiting for your response

Brief Answer:
infertility specialist
Detailed Answer:
In my opinion you need to get an hysterosalpingography and the previous tests done.
Then if the reports are normal then take ovulation induction drugs and follicular study along to see the size, number of follicles and also the endometrial thickness.
Consult an infertility specialist and proceed in an organized manner but earlier the better because after 40 years fertility potential deteriorates faster.
All the best.
