Question: I am having a hard time dealing with a positive pregnancy test I took a week ago. I got my IUD taken out May 21st and consistently slept with the same person until the 1st of July. I believe I had periods on XXXXXXX 23rd, and july 25th. I started sleeping with someone new the first week of August and on the 19th of August I took a clear blue pregnancy test that read 2-3 weeks pregnant. My doctor gave me an HCG test the following day and my levels were at 3555 and she said I was 5 weeks pregnant but, that doesn't match up with my last period and I'm confused about which man might be the father. Which one is more likely? The one from july or the one from August. I'm stressing out and they won't give me an ultrasound until September 24th. Help!!!!

I can't wait until after the birth of the child. I do not want to continue the pregnancy if it turns out to be a certain one of them. The other I would continue the pregnancy. My expected period date in August is around the 24th. 25th of July was the first day of my menses but, I'm not 100% positive on that though because I didn't mindfully keep track so my expected date in August is also an estimation. I believe my cycle is 28 days but, I had the mirena IUD put in April 1st of 2010 and didn't have a period until a month after I got it taken out in may of 2015 so I can't be sure. I started having intimate relations with the second man August 2nd 2015.
My breasts started feeling tender and sore on the 14th of August, I have not had any nausea or morning sickness and only slight cramping on August 22nd and 23rd but, I was also working non-stop on those days with very little sleep. My family has a history of twins, August second guy has a family history of twins and July guy does not.
