Question: Hysterosalpingography report shows that rt fallopian tube not outlined. no filling defect seen.Lt fallopian tube outlined. There is spill contrast on Lt side. suggesting Lt tube patency.No spill of contrast seeen on Rt. What it means is it normal or otherwise?Pls tell in simple laymen language.

This means that only the left fallopian tube is patent and the right tube is blocked.This may occur due to various reasons. For fertility purposes, patency of one tube is needed.
