may not make much difference,
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
I will advice following consideration,
1.As silofast is once a day drug, taking during night may not make much of difference.
2.As a cardiac patient, your father must be taking some medicines, which produce more urine.
3.He may be taking other drugs as well during night, may be there are chances of drug interaction.
Your doctor has to be consulted for the same.He will be right person to advice you as he knows your father's case in and out.
Hope I have answered your query.
If any thing else you are welcome.
Good luck.
