MRI Of Uterus Revealed The Anteverted Uterus With Endometrial Stripe Thickness. Is That Worth Worrying?
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Your uterus and right ovary are absolutely normal in appearance. The size of the uterus and the endometrial thickness are normal. There is nothing worrisome about them. Your left ovary shows a mass which is suggestive of a teratoma or a dermoid. Only your left ovary needs to be removed to find out the nature of the mass and to avoid its further spread.
Please do not worry. Taking out of a single ovary is not likely to affect your fertility in any way. There is no need to remove the uterus.
Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
