Popping Feeling Around Larynx And Chin. D&C Done For Leftover Placenta. Medical Test Normal. Cure?

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
You have mentioned a lot many issues. We will discuss about them one after other.
Coming to your first concern, the popping feeling , you will be relieved to know that it is a normal finding. Its not thyroid but the thyroid cartilage which lies above the thyroid which pops on applying pressure.
Regarding your "something going down my chest" most probably it could be a mild upper gastro esophageal reflux. Both of them are benign and nothing to worry much. A course of anti acidity drugs will help you. Ranitidine will be a good drug.
The long list of symptoms that you have noted
"body weakness, low pulse, temp at 99's,hair lose, body trembling,depression,anxiety,dizzy/faint feeling, adrenaline rush through out body, numbness or cold hands and feet. "
Most of them are present normally in the post-partum period. But the you should get a CBC done (complete blood count) to rule out anemia. All tests coming out normal should relieve you.
Post partum depression and anxiety are also very common and you should XXXXXXX apsychiatrist some time who can talk to you and evaluate you for these illnesses.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

You can not feel an artery. What you can feel is the pulse of blood flow and it can never pop. You can be assured of that.
Coming to your thyroid problem, post pregnancy can cause thyroid problems. Lethargy weakness and shakiness and tremors can be a presentation of thyroid problem.
Get a TSH (thyroid test done to evaluate the thyroid levels) .Also if you have an access to a GP, get your blood pressure measured.
If all these things are normal do visit a psychiatrist who would like to talk to you or conduct some cognitive behavioural therapy sessions. The stress of the newborn is very big and generally underestimated.

If there is a thyroid problem it is mostly hypothyroidism.
Hypothyroidism may develop after after pregnancy. Hyperthyroidism is relatively rare to develop.
But you cannot be sure until you get your thyroid profile.
Do get investigated first.
Also consider regular exercise and proper diet.
