Suffering From Cough And Cold. Any Suggestion?

Question: Im suffereing from cough and cold for the past 2 weeks. Kindly suggest the remedy.

Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

You are most likely suffering from acute viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Presence of cough along with cold suggests the diagnosis.
These viral infection is associated with inflammation in upper respiratory tract mucosal inflammation with excessive nasal secretion (running nose), cough, sore throat and fever.
Cough persisting >2 weeks is also suggestive of tubercular etiology and it must be ruled out as the treatment is entirely different.

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ ENT surgeon and should go for thorough check up.
You should take cough suppressants, decongestants, throat soothing and antipyretics.
You should also perform gargles three times in a day.
Avoid sour and oily foods, cold drinks and yogurt.
