your current medication will support your problem but lifestyle management and healthy diet habit will give you permanent solution.
Since constipation is the primary cause for Piles. getting healthy and regular bowel habit will keep you away from Constipation and further development of piles.
Before advising you the treatment i need certain questions to be answered from your side.
1. How frequent do you pass stools? ( no of times per day and regularity)?
2. Diet pattern in a day and types(junk,fired,steamed etc) of food intake on routine ?
3. BMI(Weight and height), lifestyle,occupation?
4. any other medical history present and past?
5. Any history of stress/anxiety in past and present?
6. whether you are currently on any medicine for any other problem?

Answer: 3-4 times ( Once morning & 2-3 during the day)
2. Diet pattern in a day and types(junk,fired,steamed etc) of food intake on routine ?
Answer: No junk or fried. Its very limited and occasionally.
3. BMI(Weight and height), lifestyle,occupation?
162 cm height, 74.1 weight, working professional , leave for office at 8 and reach home at 8 pm. Whole day just sit at once place and work on computer.
4. any other medical history present and past?
Nothing major
5. Any history of stress/anxiety in past and present?
Just regular family and work stress . Nothing major
6. whether you are currently on any medicine for any other problem?
No

Hope you are passing stools regularly because of the medicine that you take currently.
Follow the below mentioned advise:
Intake of food in proper time, proper proportion of foodstuffs, in regular interval (not skipping lunch,breakfast),adequate water intake and regular bowel habits will help in keep away from the problem.
Your whole day diet should be mixed with carbohydrates,vegetables,fruits,proteins.
Drink a glass of warm water early in the morning after washing the face and mouth.
food items allowed:
ginger, fennel, and cumin that stimulate enzyme secretions will improve digestion, absorption, and clear ama from the digestive tract.
red rice, whole wheat,millets,steamed green gram, butter milk, fiber contain fruits and vegetables.
Fruits;, leafy vegetable like sorrel, drum stick,,custard beans,etc, watermelon, cashew, pumpkin gourd, papaya, fig,
Guava when eaten with seeds provides roughage to diet can give relief from constipation.
Add more fruits to the diet like pears, grapes, Orange juice & Papaya.
foods to be avoided:
refined wheat based foods,maize,barley,red meat,dry and cold foods, hard digest food stuffs.
potato, egg plant, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower ,Sodas, junk foods, regular hotel foods.
foods containing fermentable carbohydrates
artificial sweeteners like Sorbitol and mannitol
Lifestyle: should do exercise regularly.since working as sedentary kindly take walk around your office every 2 hour.
Medication:
continue taking kayam choorna. kayam choorna contain rock salt and haritaki and other ingredient which facilitates to pass smooth and uncramped stools.
Add 20 ml Abhyarishta with equal quantity of water twice a day after meals.
if you suffer from piles :
tab: pilex 2 thrice a day.after food.
The above thing will keep away from your problem if you follow it properly and regularly.
