Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back to HCM. I have gone through the reports.
Once on treatment the TSH has to be below 3 miu/ml. Your value is high. Hope you were regular with medications in past 1 month. (morning empty stomach 30 - 60 minutes before food)
You have to increase the dose of thyronorm to 100 mcg. You can repeat the blood test after 6 weeks.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you

Can you confirm again as i got thyroid in 2012 during first pregnency and i am very regular about medicine
Brief Answer:
You need to increase the dose
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back to HCM.
Let me explain the treatment.
Thyroid medication is a hormone REPLACEMENT. We do thyroid function tests to see how much hormone replacement is needed.
If you are adequately replaced the TSH will be between 0.5 and 2.5. If TSH is high that means you are under replaced and if it is low that means you are over replaced.
In your case the TSH is greater than 2.5. So we should increase the dose to 100 mcg. You can repeat the test after 6-8 weeks. If TSH is between 0.5 and 2.5, you can continue with 100 mcg. If it is below 0.5, you have to decrease the dose to 88 mcg. If it is still higher, increase dose to 125mcg.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
