Brief Answer:
Restart on thyronorm
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
From your question it is not clear whether you are on thyronorm 100 mcg now or off the medicine after your delivery.
Your TSH is high. So if you were on thyronorm 100 mcg regularly at least for past 6 weeks, you need to increase the dose to 125 mcg. If you are not on any medication now, restart thyronorm at 88 mcg.
Recheck TSH after 6 weeks.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
