Brief Answer:
ADHD wiith criminal tendencies

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. ADHD with out medications is a serious mismanagement and leads to such criminal tendencies. Now the matter of stealing car and jail or mental facility issues, i am afraid we are not attorneys so we can't guide you in that regard.

As far as ADHD is concerned that needs a eam work from family, parents, school teachers and one oneself with a compliance of medications and a constant touch to a doctor and a routine friendly to the disease.

Nutshell your son needs a complete management of ADHD which he is missing and that is causing all the mess. Please start him on some stimulant medications as prescribed by the doctor.

i hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
