Suggest Treatment For Burning Sensation During Urination When Diagnosed With Hemorrhoids

Question: Hi! I am currently experiencing hemroids and a burning sensation during ruination. What can I do to treat? I am hoping to get into dr tomorrow. Thanks!
Brief Answer:
You can do sits bath.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You can do sits bath with warm water or warm saline. Take stool softeners like sorbitol or lactulose twice daily. Drink more plain water. Pouring warm water before and after passing stools is also good. Eat more fibre rich food. Vegetable salads and fresh fruits is good.
You can use over the counter haemorrhoid creams like Preparation H or Anusol or Procosedyl for local application.
If there is no improvement or increase in pain then you should get it examined by your GP or proctologist.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

I was given a script for cipro today. I took hydrocodone last night to help me sleep with the pain from the hemroids but read that it is not good to mix with the cipro. Was hoping I could take ibuprofen to help with the swelling/discomfor...is that ok?t
Brief Answer:
Yes you can take Ibuprofen.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.
Thank you for your follow up.
You can take Ibuprofen for pain and swelling. Ciprofloxacin will increase hydrocodone levels if taken together. Also hydrocodone is not good for haemorrhoids. It will increase constipation.
