Brief Answer:
Are you taking any medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

There are multiple reasons for delayed ejaculation and it is difficult to predict anything without any details.

I request you to post following details.
1. How long there is problem?
2. What was the earlier time of ejaculation and how long you are not able to achieve orgasm these days?

3. How the problem started whether it was sudden in onset or build up slowly over the months or years?

4. Frequency of the problem in a week/month ?

5. In a typical month out of what number of sexual interactions/masturbation you are satisfied?

6. What are the factors that increase the problem

7. Details of medication that you are receiving?

8. Your latest prostate status, if known

I must assure you that once we will be able to find the cause.
I look forward to see above details.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
What about your prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me with valuable details.

Pleas post details about size of prostate if available. If not please get ultrasound of abdomen along with pelvis to determine the size.

Since it is gradual onset something slowly progressing should be cause and prostate is one among them.

Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Low testosterone could be one

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

Since the major cause are ruled out I feel there low testosterone could be the reason for delayed ejaculation. As I can see you are taking testosterone boosters it is possible that it will be corrected in near future.

The other causes includes a long list and I do not think we can not work out them but at least get tested for thyroid if not done. Hypothyroidism is another common cause in many of my middle adulthood patients and I feel we need to rule out this.

I hope this helps you further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
