Brief Answer:
DO NOT SELF MEDICATE

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Diabetes should never be self medicated, and definitely not in pregnancy.
Mainstay of treatment of diabetes in pregnancy is diet management.
Consult a Dietician/ Nutritionist for a proper diet chart that manages diabetes but does not deprive her of vital calories in pregnancy.
Her blood sugars are not controlled, her insulin dosage should be adjusted.
This is best done by an endocrinologist, please consult one.
Do not self medicate.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
