Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Swelling In The Feet And Ankles
Question: Hi,my name is XXXXXXX my question is about my health,I come from Puerto Rico when I was about 7 year old I was abused sexually. I just thought I'll tell you before I start asking you about my XXXXXXX On my teenage year I was a very hyper teen and always feeling fatigue walk every where for mile with pain on my feet,knees,and legs. At the age of 19 years old I started using drugs marijuana,cocaine,and crack cocaine. And at the age of 33 years old I stop using drugs and smoking even alcohol. So Doc this is a small profile of my life. Now my question is this I'm 56 yrs old going on 57, I am a tractor trailer driver for 20 years and I seat a lot my feet,knees swell and are always in pain. When I get out off the tractor I hardly am able to walk. When I come home can't even play ball with my granson. Because am tired and fatigue and my feet,knees and legs be hurting. I have sleep apnea I have a machine that I use every day. It's been a long time with this pain I do not know who alse to turn to can some one help me please thank you

As per your symptoms, it's important to get a color duplex/ Doppler scan for both legs to assess the degree if blood flow in both lower limbs.
Additionally an EKG and 2D Echocardiogarphy of the heart is mandatory.
