
Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problem

Question: Pain on the left stomach above hip(Liver)
Hi I am frequent traveller, job requires to travel to various cities say 15 days month some times continues for 20 days as well so my food majorly from hotel, guest house, occasionaly from few small hotels. I read that cholestral levels will increase if liver is not discharging its duty. So would like to know what are steps i should take to correct these in terms of eating habits ( choice of food as outside food is unavoidable) and exercise specific to this. Kindly note is don't have any constipation issues however having gastric troublem frequently. Thanks

If you are biochemically normal as confirmed by investigations then you need to follow the following advice.
1. Plenty of citrous fruits.
2. bananas.
3. Buttermilk or yoghurt.
In addition when you come hope you can take a medication comprising of tricholine citrate and sorbitol on two consecutive days at bed time. This will help clear your bowel as well as keep you cholesterol levels within normal limits.
