what diet for my daughter, and after some year she is ok or not without medicine.

Dear sir, First thing - Don't panic please. Nothing major or alarming.
Second- Avoid diet that can make her put on fat, avoid goitrogens like cabbage.
Third - She might not require medicine few years down the line, that depends upon her response to treatment.
Fourth - Her CBC report you had not shared with me so i don't know about hemoglobin
Fifth - Amway products you can use for her, but they are not the treatment.
Bottom line - Thyroxine in the right dose every morning , empty stomach, another 30 minutes gap after tablet and before she eats anything.
