Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Irregular bleeding with occasional post menopausal hormonal levels and normal endometrial biopsy report is suggestive of perimenopausal status.
In this preceding the post menopausal period, there can be irregular bleeding due to hormonal fluctuations.
You need to take progesterone hormone tablets as progesterone support to stop the irregular bleeding.
there is nothing to worry if the endometrial biopsy is normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
