Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like balanitis.
I would like to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of these lesions?
Are you using or applying anything on the penile skin ?
In the pictures uploaded they are looking like small excoriated areas covered with scabs at places. Were they raised or in the form of bumps prior to this?
Are you having any ailments?
Are you taking any other medicines?
Kindly revert with the answers.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Looks like pyoderma, apply topical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be some pyoderma which is infection of the skin
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.
This should resolve the lesions.
If it doesn't show improvement in 5 days consult a doctor and get yourself examined clinically.
Besides this no need to use terrasil cream on the lesions. It is not looking like fungal infection.

Thanks. Im on day two of using Mupirocin and I think it's helping. Some are turning white due to possibly white blood cells attacking the infection? I was also wondering will taking oral medication/anti-biotics help speed up the healing process? Is there anything else I can do/take/apply other than the cream
Brief Answer:
Consider taking oral antibiotics to speed up the healing process
Detailed Answer:
To speed up the healing process you can consider taking oral antibiotics like tablet cefadroxil 500 mg four times daily for 5 days or tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

I just attached a newer photo. Is there any chance that this is herpes?
Brief Answer:
Herpes is very unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Herpes is very unlikely in your case.
It doesn't have this type of presentation.
It presents with extremely painful fluid filled vesicles which rupture to form painful erosions which are usually grouped.
It doesn't present with so many individual lesions as in your case.
