Suggest Treatment For Persistent Breathlessness Caused By Stress And Anxiety

For about three months now, when I speak to someone, I suddenly have no breath to finish. There are times that this occurs in different places in the sentence. What do you think?

Possibility of stress and anxiety related symptom is more in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Such type of complaint is common with psychological disease rather than organic disease.
So possibility of stress and anxiety related symptom is more in your case.
But better to rule worsening of asthma first.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If PFT is stable then no need to worry asthma related symptoms.
Then stress and anxiety appear more likely.
So please let me know
1. Do you have stressful life?
2. Do you have breathlessness or breathing trouble on activities?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

The only info I would like to ask about is whether or not the condition is dangerous? For your info, about three months ago I had a severe Asthma attack, however, previous attacks never resulted in the condition we are discussing. I am on a Nebulizer now and Ventolin. Thanks, Mike
No, this is not serious condition.
