Question: I am 48 & having BPH problem ( earlier was 53 , now 38 gm) ... taking silodal 8 .... does it caused to pre mature problem .... If yes then what is treatment . Pl guide

Prostate size has been come down from 53 to 38 .... what size should be the normal .... Actually Veltam plus was prescribed since last 2 years but now replaced with silodal for same reason .Bit frustrate & depressed with this side effect . Please advice any alternative medicine BPH or ED problem rgds
