When it moves, it can occlude the ear and this causes poor audition and noise in the ear. I will suggest that you get the ears examined and probably washed to remove all cerumen. You will benefit from ear lavage. The difficulty is that earwax remove at time rather pushes cerumen further inside than get it to the outside. Lavage will effectively remove this. See your doctor and he should be able to get this going.
