Hey, i m 12 years old and I have been suffering from an allergy (or so I suspect) since I could remember. What happens is that many foods (mostly fruits and vegetables) that I eat results in an itchy head and an itchy throat. There are no visible spots during the incident. Sometimes when it gets too wild, I feel earwax starting to sprout from my ears. Also (not sure if this has to do with anything) I tend to choke easily on lots of food. I have been to many doctors but they all state that it s a temporary thing and that overtime it will heal, however, it s getting even worse.
Your suffering from allergy to some fruits and some food that lead to itching and congestion of ears gives rise to your symptoms.
Use tablet monterleukast and levocetrizine once a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water. Avoid food that causes itching. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your immunologist, he will check for allergy and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
