Brief Answer:
Its Just WAX

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for follow up.

You are having wax in your ear. You doctor has prescribed an antibiotic drops.
You can use WAXSOL drops 2drops at night just for 2 days. This really helps you a lot. Even after using WAXSOL drops if the tinnitus is persistant, then you need to get it removed by an ENT surgeon.

Get back to me if any query.
