I got blood tests for blood sugar (the kind where I don't eat for 12 hours before getting the test) along with other things about 5 days ago, but they said my results were normal.
I ended the penicillin at least two weeks ago, and since then I've been taking Alesse (birth control pill, I've been on it for 4 years with no problems)
I can't find any other lesions on my body

Hello
Thanks for the details.
After ruling out all other possibilities, it appears to be a fungal infection.
I treat such cases with oral Fluconazole and topical clotrimazole cream.
I have seen excellent response with these
