Dear Doctor
Its is usually 30/32 days. We are not able to conceive for past 7 years. We tried IVF couple of times but no help. What could be reason for her delay.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Just related to stress
Detailed Answer:
Most common reason for delay in her case is probably stress.
I'm an IVF specialist and practice infertility only so you can discuss further on those issues as well.
Right now just ask her take Medroxyprogesterone 10 mg for 5 days after consulting her gynaecologist as it is a prescription drug.
After leaving it she will get her periods in 3-5 days but in case such a pattern or periods persist in future then she will need to get her hormones evaluated again.
Right now in case she is overweight then just decreasing weight will help in restoring regularity of periods
Take care
