Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Your body has two type of sweat gland. apocrine and eccrine. Later produces just salt and water sweat and former produces milky white stuff in sweat also called sebum and when it involved bacteria on the skin , which are present in every body , the foul smell occurs. Also diet like caffeinated beverages, spicy and strong odored foods can make your sweat more foul smelling compared to others.

You should get evaluated to rule out any underlying cause like overactive thyroid, infection or diabetes.

Antiperspirants like aluminum based compounds should be used along with deodorants. Frequent baths will help. Some other options are drysol and xerac. Use them at night over sweat prone areas.

Prefer clothing where your skin can breath like cotton, silk or wool etc. Keep the armpits and groin hair free to reduce the sweat smell.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
