Brief Answer:
Hello. Thirst can be there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So with chemotherapy, drying throat, increased thirst can be there. We usually advice plenty if oral fluids at frequent intervals to patients. Moreover, aquawet spray can be used to keep oral cavity moist at night. For sleep apnea, you must visit a chest specialist, as it will aggregate thirst because patient tend to breathe with mouth open.
Thanks and regards
